I think that dissecting the project has some value - not for zapping what the original event actually was, perhaps, but as an example (though admittedly I do find the original idea very creepy. It's true, they really should have got a private space designated for groping if that's what they wanted). And I find there's something nice about the way that some questionable lines of thought are getting hit by so much logical smackdown/righteous anger. IMO, it's more that this thing has been a convenient trigger to get people worked up about the underlying issues.
