Seishirou went nuts, alternating between lunacy and catatonia. I think he was somewhere in a hospital until the End of the World, when he was freed by Fuuma and caused much havok.

Hokuto went on with her life and became a successful fashion designer. She married one of her model and had several children.

Subaru was reincarned. As a nine years old little boy he still was a Dragon of Heavens. He gave Seishirou his wish.

They went to see Yuuko for the information, her price was a pack of haunted cigarettes and some strawberry red lipstick (you don't want to know what Watanuki did with them). They went to see Kaho and Eriol, and Naruku glomped Seishirou (it almost ended in blood). Then they went to the Midori pharmacy, where Subaru helped Rikuou dealing with that mysterious girl from his background. After much bargaining they ended up with the cards and enjoyed using them muchly. Seishirou retired from his job, and Kei (Kazahaya's sister) became the new Sakurazukamori.

Touya and Yukito went on a quest to find the cards too, later on. But that's another story.
