I feel so crappy. I'm sorry I haven't been posting, answering comments and keeping up with things very well.

The good new is I am back at my apartment, home at last! The bad new is I've been having toothache problems, so I'll have to get my wisdom teeth pulled out in two weeks. Good thing I hadn't made reservations for Galways, I guess :( Won't be able to come.

Otherwise I've been watching a lot of TV series, I need to post about that at some point.

Many sympathies about your teeth. I remember having my wisdom teeth out and it was kind of awful. I hope your extractions go much more smoothly and that you have a quick recovery afterward.

Sorry! No, don't worry, I think I just had funky teeth or something. My brother and I got ours out at the same time with the same doctor and his surgery took about 1/3 the time mine did and he hardly had any pain in recovery.

okay. I think my teeth are not in the best condition either, since they're utterly decayed, but I know my dentist is pretty good so there's something...

To counteract indigestible's anecdote about awful wisdom teeth extraction I'll say I had all four wisdom teeth taken out, and it all went smoothly and the only negative thing about it was it was a bit difficult to eat for a few days afterwards (the official hospital advice was "chew using the unaffected side of the mouth" which is difficult when the teeth on both sides have been removed).

aah, good to know. I also get them all four out, sadly. And already following that advice by chewing on the middle (which can be downright difficult)

I think it might be better to get them all out at once rather than having to go the dentist multiple times.

The chewing in the middle is a bit tricky, but possible if you choose appropriate foods (that don't requite much chewing) and are willing to spend a bit more time eating.

*hugs* Toothaches are never ever fun. But yay on the apartment! ^_^
