Just watched Kill Bill 2. Cool, but I thought not as cool as the first. Somehow i went out of the theater wanting more. Still there were quite a few excellent scenes. I love Elle, she's just such a perfect, ultimate bitca. Budd made me laugh too.
Oh, but Tarantino's not Whedon. Honey, you don't film that kind of image if you're not able to pull the metaphores behind it, and I'm sorry, the theme of Goddess of Death and (Re)birth wasn't quite strong enough ^^

X fandom is being a little bit wanky. Check rabid_sxkers to know what i mean.

Amid all the chaos and mayhem, tamchronin just created a new X community, because I was whining to her about the lack of warm, welcoming, active X fanfic community like tsukimineshrineis for the CCS fandom. So if you're interested in a community where we will discuss the mangas and animes in a friendly atmosphere, where the mods will organize character analysis, fanfic challenge on a regular basis, and fic recs... go to togakushishrine.
We're aware there's quite a few X communities already. But, being new to the fandom, i find them rather hard to get into. There's a feeling of weariness at the manga, I guess, oldies think everything has been done, and every comments have been made already. So it degenarates in ship wars, character bashing, and blaming Clamp for not having put any new stuff in a while.
Well, i'm new to it, so I have plenty of new things to say, I hope i'm not the only one who still finds a lot of fasinating things into X and wants to talk about. I hope this place can be it. Join it if you're interested.
