Funny that's the second time I got Rikuo on a quizz, but I don't think i have anything in common with him ^^

Anyway, yesterday my parents recieved a lot of people which meant i helped 'em at cooking and serving.
Also gave Illium to my dad for Father's Day and I think he was happy ^^ (of course, he had asked for it).
My father's got good taste in Science Fiction, most of the time. he's the one who initiated me to it. I remember when I was 13-14, when I looked into this huge mountain of old 60s-70s SF books he had collected and made my education with it. *feels nostalgic*
My mother's more into mystery fictions and police stories. She likes the whole analytical approach to a situation, the introduction to a social microcosm and how resolving the plot is all about people and their interactions, and the deduction process. She doesn't like the escapism aspect of SF and Fantasy I think. The fact that the more synthetical approach of world building and anticipative speculation. Small Picture vs Big Picture. Mostly, i'm more like my dad, including for flaws (we can both be very oblivious to the world, my mother is more down to earth and practical), thought there's also a lot of things I inherited from my mother. A sense of criticism, for exemple ^_^

Xyn's made a lovely, funny and touching fic for my challenge at togakushishrine. I tried waiting online until the time she posted it but at 4 am I was too tired and gave up ;). Check it out, it's a great fanfic.

Also trying to organize the fanart challenge over there. Waw, tamchronin just made me co-mod over there so I can handle it. *feels responsible and mighty now*
