*Pokes* Firefly fans out there ? There's fic you should read. It's not a firefly fic, it's a Card Captor Sakura fic in the firefly universe. Sort of.
Yeah, I know it sounds weird, but it's very very good, with an excellent plot and very well written. I think anyone who appreciated Firefly would enjoy reading this, 'specially if you liked River. And since it's totally A/U and using Firefly, I don't even think you need to know Sakura to appreciate it. Otherwise, sorry it's a WIP :
Wildflowers
Otherwise, I'm off to see Wonderful Days. ^_^
EDIT: Well, it was a pretty good movie. Wonderful Days is a Korean anime, in case you wonder. Nice ecologist / post apocalyptic story. Not exactly the most original scenario, but well done as it is, with just enough ambiguity. The graphism was very nice, with lots of wonderful ideas. I especially liked the action scenes which were framed in a very interesting ways. Some plans were pure poetry, and the gorgeous music did help (thought sometimes it was a little bit overdone, especially toward the end). Main complain : the 2D and the 3D animation mixed very badly. The movie was very slow paced, with some weird elipses, which I tend to like, but isn't to the taste of everyone;
