1.) Why don’t you want to write about #11 (Sirius/Remus)?
That's one pairing I don't see at all. If it didn't have the huge following it has in fandom it wouldn't irk me so much, and I would like to explore it as an interresting dynamic, but as it is... I guess the trouble for me is that Sirius/James takes the place of Sirius/Remus as the "natural" Sirius pairing. It's what makes sense given that the dynamic within the Marauders was SiriusandJames and then Peter and Remus. I can't see Remus as Sirius' one true love when James was so much more important to him. I could see them be fuckbuddy, I could even see Remus being in love with him, I could see them having comfort sex after PoA, too... but not at all how it's most often portayed, which has turned me off the pairing (I read it when writers I like do it, though).

Err, the scene where Sirius talks about his brother in OotP would be the closest. Not that, there's much choice.

Angsty/self destructive sex/obsessive love, then I fell out of love with the fandom during Season 7.

Snape/Lupin, hands down.
8.) What interests you about #14? (Snape/Gilderoy)
It's a very fun pairing! Okay, Gilderoy interests me because he's got this blatant parody thing going about him, and then the ending of CoS makes it somewhat more sinister which already deepens him. And then there's his appearance in OotP which is so utterly pathetic it screams "so you thought he was just a caricature? Well look at the real consequences for a person years after." Gritty.
The specific interraction of Snape and Gilderoy is especially fun because it plays onto the ugly/beautiful thing, and on the competent/incompetent. At the same time, both have occasions to be excluded and thus to empathize, and to find uses in utilizing/outmanipulating each others (which is one of the thing I love most in a pairing). Last, canonically Gilderoy appears quite the fanboy of Snape, with the duelling club. Lots of possibilities!
9.) When and why did you stop writing about #7? (Seishirou/Subaru)
It was sort of a progressive slow down, during 2005. I still love the pairing, but I don't feel like I have anything anymore to tell about it.

The same, except that I was never as much into the pairing as I was with Seishirou/Subaru.
11.) What's a song that reminds you of #5? (Narcissa/Lily)
I'm not much of a song person, so hmmm, right now can't think of any. Hmmm maybe Tori Amos' Jackie's Strength.

Snupin and Sirius/Regulus are tied.

meh? I don't dislike them since I write them!

*laughs* No! And they're not likely to.
15.) Did #4 (Lucius/Narcissa) have a happy ending?
Well they're married and have a child, so there's that. Then again, as we stand in canon they're not in the happiest possible place, what with the Lucius-in-jail thing, and Draco's trouble. I wouldn't bet on both of them ending up alive and free in DH.
16.) What would make you start writing #14?
Being requested to do it in an exchange.
17.) If only one could happen in canon, which would you prefer - #2 (Remus/Snape) or #6? (Percy/Draco)
I don't trust canon to deal with stuff well, so Percy/Draco because it would be weird and WTF and wouldn't mess with my OTP.
18.) What is it about #10 (Snape/Harry) that doesn’t appeal to you?
It's not that I dislike it, but I don't see myself writing it. It's a very difficult dynamic to do right (I'm very picky about Snarry reading in the first place), and I find the crossgen and teacher/student aspects a little bit difficult to do.
