Yesterday I watched the Sarah Connor Chronicles (yes, the whole 9 episodes), and I found it pretty good. Nice pacing, good action, good characters, good plotting through episodes to episodes. My favorite parts are the monologuing XD

However I don't feel fannish about it, which is a bit of a relief because I was getting a bit too polyfannish for my habit lately XD Maybe when the show'll be in its third season ;)

I should watch that too. Then again I only saw the first movie, but I imagine that doesn't mean it will make no sense. And kick-ass female cyborgs (OK, maybe that's the wrong word for them...), how bad could that be?

I was about to say I like being poly-fandomish, and I do, but I feel a little bad that one fandom (Silent Hill 4) has eaten my brain lately. I do mean to try writing for some of my other favorites too though.

I do think watching the 2nd movie would help, but it's probably watchable anyway. But it would give it a better resonnance, there's a certain amount of call back.

I used to be monofandomish, changing main fandom every year or two. But recently, since I left the HP fandom I'm really focussed on plenty of things at the same time, old fandoms of mine, small book fandoms, and new fandoms like Avatar or BSG. It feels weird ^^

That's how I feel. I love the show, and I can see some fandom potential, but I can't really get into that part yet. But it's still great stuff. :D

You know, I really think I prefer fandoms when they're almost over, otherwise they're way too fresh for me to want to read fics XD Maybe I should write a meta about this, most people seem to prefer otherwise.

I'd love to read that met,a because I'm very similar to you. Hell, I didn't join SW until after RotS, and I suspect if I ever join Avatar, it will be once the show is complete. XD
