Okay, this is one of the thing I lost in my computer troubles, and I can't find it again.
I found it from a Harry Potter fanart, a very pretty one of Harry, in very red-tinted colours, very artsy. Anyway it made reference to a poem, and it's the poem I'm really looking for. It was a pretty long one, made of half a dozen or so of six lines verses, and "rain" and "red" was a theme of the poem all throughout, as well as planes passing over. The focus was on a Third world country, with a context of war and exploitation... and a build up to a final release. I'm confident the writer was female. And of course it was absolutely gorgeous.
Does it ring anyone's bell?
*feels all kinds of ridiculous asking this*
