Sokka's sword
This reminds me of a certain scene in The Messenger. I don't know if you've seen it, so I uploaded it for you. (It was a bitch to find, too, so no complaining about quality.) Just pretend Joan of Arc's sword is black and space-y.
Lovu and Peacu
I also thought Trigun, I admit. But I loved it so because it was dorky and slightly awkward, but the heart was in the right place, and therefore it was Zuko to the nth. *loves and loves and never lets go*

what kind of movie is that? so sad :(
I also thought Trigun, I admit.
It's the spiky hair on Sokka's drawing that clinches it ;)
I love it when Zuko makes dorky speeches too

Date: 22 July 2008 07:28 am (UTC)The Messenger is indeed a sad movie. It's a retelling of Joan of Arc that keeps a sort of duality through the film: at any point you could see her as really on a mission from God, or simply schizophrenic. A good half of the movie is her capture, imprisonment and interrogation, so, yeah, sad.
But if I had any video editing skillz at all, I would have put Sokka dropping his sword from the airship as one of the possibilities for how the sword got in the field.
