well you just launch them to fight and they fight by themselves so it's utterly random and without strategy of any kind. But otherwise, yes.

It does make it a bit tricky. As far as I could tell it told me repeatedly that the names I picked had already been chosen by someone else (even trying "Most of the other names have already been chosen" as the name). Eventually I resorted to hitting random keys which seemed to produce an acceptable name.

I'm endlessly amused that a barely change version of my real name was acceptable yet random names I tried making up afterwhile weren't.

My own name = more weird and rare than most random made up names!

Ooh, it's from the motion-twin people! I wish they would localize their games faster into english. XD Their games are kinda interesting, I love the alchemy one and the space breakout. All of them have limited movements per day cause they really want you to pay for more movements. XD I like their crisp style if it's all simple heh.
