I think I'm getting motion sickness from staring at my computer screens. O_O;

I've got a semi-permanent cramp in my pointer finger that I use to turn the mouse-wheel. :/

A more common problem than many people think. :p I recommend PageUp and PageDown.

My right hand is often permanantly locked into a grasping claw-like form which is only sated by a mouse being placed in it :-)

To avoid this I've taken to using the system of pushing the middle mouse button and moving the whole thing up or down to scroll. Seems to work quite well.

The keyboard scrolling controls next to Home and End (near Insert and Delete) - right of the main keys, left of the number pad.

Unless these controls aren't found on European keyboards...!
