Hum, haven't been updating for a couple of days...

so first,

happy birthday

shineko :)

Finished reading Paladins of Soul by Lois McMaster Bujold yesterday. Nice book. very good metaphysics about demons and gods, gave it a nice medieval feel without feeling cliched or anything. Great female main character, but then I always applaud an author who manage to have a fourty something non fighter woman as main character and makes it work, you know. Ista did remind me a lot of Ekaterin in her way of thinking, thought. All in all, pretty nice, but not Bujold's greatest book.

I wanted to see something different as movie goes, so I went with Isabelle to see an Indian movie. 3 hours and half long, but it was enjoyable. Pure Bollywood kitsch, but I didn't see the time go. Beautiful music and dancing.
