I was interviewed by [livejournal.com profile] link621

If you want me to interview you--post a comment that simply says, "Interview me." I'll respond with questions for you to take back to your own journal and answer as a post. Of course, they'll be different for each person since this is an interview and not a general survey. At the bottom of your post, after answering the Interviewer's questions, you ask if anyone wants to be interviewed.

1. In the distant future, the Earth has colonies on both Mars and the Moon. You are born on Earth, but your parents are soon moving to one of those colonies, but they first asked you where you would want to go to help them make their decision. Which would you choose?

I would prefer to go to Mars, because I love desert. However, knowing my parents, they like their comfort and they would be more at ease with a bobo, high-tech place like the Moon. Unless... hum, they might want to go to the New Israel colony some people made on Mars. Yeah, that's probably where they would go ^_^

2. What was your favorite child's book when you were very young? Do you still own a copy?

Only one favourite ? I had several *laugh* Mmm I think my one time favourite has to be the "Live de la Licorne" by Sennell (*checks it out*.. it's apparently translated from Catalan, so i can't give you an english title - it means the Unicorn's book thought) which is a wonderful book about imagination and the secretive face everyone has. There were also "Cabot Caboche" by Daniel Pennac which is an adorable book with dogs, and "Mio mon Mio" which another kid gets to fantasy land book, apparently it's swedish. And yes, I still own all of those, though I haven't read them in a while.
Famous childhood book I was very fond of... got to be the "Call of the wild"
As a child I had a very passionate relationship with books. I still do, in fact, but I don't read quite as much since I've got the internet, and, ya know, friends.

3. Of every year that you've had a birthday, which was the most memorable? Why?

*sighs* That one's easy. It was my 20th birthday, and if you wonder why, just check my birthday date on my profile.
This sorts of things do tend to inscribe themselves into your memory. I remember perfectly how I heared about it, as I was coming back from a shopping trip with my dad to pick a gift, turned up the radio, then went on the internet on the American board I was currently active in at the moment to see the deluge of threads by people checking where everyone was and if everyone from the board was alive.
I remember my disgust when I heard people around me jocking about it, and I remember my anger that it was happening on my birthday. Selfish, heh, but that's how my mind worked.

4. Secretly, you're actually an animal. During the day, you transform into a human, so we all think you are really human. What animal are you at heart?

*smiles* My animal at heart has always been the horse. Freedom and wilderness, I was like lots of little girls totally fascinated by horses as a kid and I don't think i ever got quite over it now. However I'm not sure turning into a horse at night sounds very good and practical *lol* Maybe another of my favourite animal, a cat, would be better ? ^^
Okay, let's just sat it's a magical horse and i got have special powers to make it nifty :p

Finally,
5. What's the best compliment you've ever recieved? What about the person/delivery/words/ect made it the best?

This one's very hard... Singling just one instance, it's hard to remember. I think the best compliment I've recieved were being told I was wise, and that someone I really admired did look up to me.
That it came from this person, and that it was wisdom - something I value extremely - did touch me a lot. I can be very proud and vain about some things, and sometimes have a very low self-esteem about others, but the one compliments that really stick as meaning something in a non vain way are those that say my presence meant something for people, that I could have given them something. Humm, that's the best I can answer here. *feels like rambling*

Sooooo... anyone wanna be interviewed ? ^^

I got it. Not totally stupid ^^
But being locked up to dream of our world doesn't sound so evil.
Either we are only a dream, we don't exist, and thus our suffering don't matter.
Either by some strange power, he created something real, but then not only the bleak, cruel things of the worlds, he also created all the wonderful things that makes me glad to live in this world, and that's not evil either ^^

I guess I see him as the opposite of me in a yin and yang way. Since I am not entirely good he cannot be entirely evil - nor is he (am I) creative enough to imagine a whole new world from scratch. Still, I would think the world he dreamed for us is pretty fucked up in many ways, even though I do like some of it too.

By the way, did you want the complete stats for that satyr?
