Maya was there for the week end, which meant lots of fun and anime watching and very little sleep.
I let her to a tour of Paris' manga stores, but I spent much more than her (despite her getting a bunch of Angel Santuary) ^_^;;
i found Gravitation vol 3 & 6 in the american comic books store, yippi ! only sad point is the store makes us pay a ludicrous amount of money for shipping, bringing the price of the manga to 15 (fifteen !) each. But, whee ! Gravi ! Even more funny in manga than in anime.
There was the volume 4 of Fables in the same store, which I was also very happy to get. This is one of my favourite American comic. Fairy tales, urban fantasy and a big bad wolf - what else do I need ? ^^
And in the Japanese bookstore, I finally managaed to find the Yami no Matsuei books in OV which I had been looking for for a while (it's a big big store and when you don't speak japanese...); with a little help from Maya. I didn't get them all (though I doubt i'll be able to resist for long), but I got vol 5 which was the one Sakura Crisis had stopped. And makes me happy because it's full of TatsumixTsuzuki ^_^ I practiced reading with the translation printed on one hand and the manga on the other, and the result's not as bad as I feared. Yay for new possibilities.
The last book I got myself was Snow Crash, on bargain sale. One of my favourite cyberpunk book, and one I was waiting to find as a used book, because i wanted to own and read it in english.
Maya got me to watch Kaleido Star, which is an incredibly cute and happy anime about circus, which I definitly fell in love with. We also started watching Wanderers of El hazard but we didn't have to time to finish it. Maya also corrupted me to the fun of downloading AMV. ^_^;; bad Maya, bad ! no cookie ! (no, I don't make any sense)
Oh, and she lent me Ghost / Eerie Creepie an extremely adorable manga full of fan service, pointless errr fan service, not to forget fan service. With ghosts. Lovely.
Well, between all that and work, I'm afriad I am much behind in 1/reading schedule (why do nanowriters write so FAST ? 2/ writing schedule (so now not only am i late for the Masquerade challenge, i also have to answer Xynnie-chan's) 3/ Answering people's comments & mails. Not to mention everything else I'm usually late with. Like, schoolwork. -_- x_x
I want a machine to make time slows down.

You are a solumn, stubborn, calm and quiet person who displays attraction towards hyper and genki people. You tend to hide your inner and true feelings and prefer to use verbal irony instead of being direct. You are good at what you do but when it comes to love, you couldn't be less clueless. XD

je pense que tu vas à junku (les mangas sont en sous sol ? )
peu de gens connaissent book off (autrefois bunkado) car les vendeurs parlent encore moins bien français (pas pratique pour demander de l'aide)
