Midterms over, and there's well, only one of them that didn't go desastrously. Yay.

Spring had finnaly come in answer to my prayer. Nice to see that the Celestial Bureaucracy is working sometimes, even if very slowly. Knew I was right to bribe them with chocolate (yes, this is a Sidereal the exalted joke that will only be understand by about 3 people on my flist); which hasn't helped my concentration on the exams, but at least it's nice and HOT and SUNNY, which is wonderful. Amazing how just a bit of sun and warm weather does to lighten my mood and makes me feel happier.

Doesn't help my way of considering my studies though. I'm currently considering whether I can afford to abandon them altogether and whether my parents would let me. I feel so wearied of school and I was never good at focing myself to learn something if i didn't enjoy learning. (I usually enjoy learning, as a rule, but it's totally failed to grasp my interest since the beginning of the semester)

I'm in vacation at last. Which means, of course, I've got to start working on my job ^^ And I've got to start working on presentation and paper which i must give on the 4th April (oy, oy) not to mention prepare my vacations to Italy which are in two weeks...
I hate the way i never seem to be able to manage my time.

Oh goodness, I haven't been able to focus on anything ever since the weather warmed up. ^^;

And I've thought several times during the past 4 years of just quitting college. I mean, I have no plans to really find a career in my field of study, so it just seemed pointless to continue. But I guess being able to say that you did do the studies and you did make it through will improve your chances of finding a job anyway. How much longer do you have until you're done with school?

And eee, vacation! In 4 hours, I'll be on it too. :D And Italy sounds exciting!

Oh, it'd be a shame if you need. You're so close to the end and you're not making such a wreck of your studies as I do
And actually i don't really know. How much I have left I mean. Maybe one year I think.

Not many people know how to manage their time properly, but I envy the few who can. ^^

It's a pity you're not enjoying your studies. I'd hesitate to abandon them, but if it's not fun learning then it's a tricky situation. It probably does depend on how long you've got to go. Maybe there are other subjects that you might find more interesting.

Hot and sunny weather...(*shudder*) Personally I can't wait for winter, but then, the winter where I live is hardly ever really cold or overcast, so it probably doesn't count. ^^;

I live in New Zealand. It's in general hot and dry here, whereas in the places I've been to in Australia it tends to be hot and humid. Summer can be unbearable, and the sunlight can be like a laser. NZ is about under the hole in the ozone layer, so if people aren't careful they stand a high chance of getting skin cancer. As far as temperature goes, winter is perfect, as far as I'm concerned. I haven't needed to own a proper winter coat for ages. Some Australians I've met regard NZ as being cold, though. I suppose it just depends on what people are used to. ^^
