I feel good tadada-dadadaa
6 Aug 2005 03:17 pmI made a new so-called layout. It's all greenish and much more restful for the eyes than the previous red one. Pictures are from Benjamin Le Carré and were made for the French roleplaying game Rétrofutur that none of you in all likehood ever heard about. (but let me tell you it was good, trippy, paranoid, and heavily inspired by Philip K Dick, Brazil, and AE Van Vogt. A bit like a more aesthetic Paranoia.)
I also changed almost all my icons and my Mood Theme, though I'm not likely to keep this new one as I don't find it all that pretty now it's installed. I need to find a new one, anybody got an idea where to find one ?
My parents are gone since Thursday in vacation. It does feel very, very good to have the house all by myself. It's a bit incredible the amount of stress and moodiness that having to deal with them usually causes me. In other good news, I'm finally starting to get used to my work schedule in that I'm not utterly & wreckedly tired at work. Most of the other people there have gone in vacations as well this Friday, including my direct boss. We're four people left of the permanent staff.
Is anyone curious about what exactly my work entails ? I'm thinking of making a post about it but I'm scared of boring you to death :)
I'd like to thank everyone who answered my previous post. It was very informative. I didn't know so many people liked my book reviews and most philosophical posts, it made me happy I'll try to have more of those ^^
I was also amused by how many people don't care for the Harry Potter stuff XD
ETA: A very happy birthday to

Date: 11 August 2005 07:07 pm (UTC)Well, I've been quite sick for the last three days anyway, with a lot of fever, so I don't think I'd have been able to meet you up anyway. I hope you had a good time there and will have a terrific one in Berlin as well ^^
