I've been thinking for a while now about creating a Percy exhaustive newsletter, because, well, there needs to be one! (if there is one already and I didn't know about it, please point it up to me)... but I'm afraid I wouldn't have the time and fortitude to manage that *sighs* If I did, on a purely hypothetical basis, would anyone be interested into co-managing it?

Of course any other time I'd be bouncing up and down with my hand in the air going OOH OOH PICK ME but I am at the mercy of the World's Worst Head Cold and so that's as enthusiastic as I think I can be right now and WOW did it take me a long time type that ugh.

Well, a newsletter. Reporiating every Percy fics, arts & discussions since the last entry. Possibly with an Editor's choice, and an old rec. Either something weekly, or bi-weekly, or tri-weekly?

I could probably help out too...(anything for my favourite Weasley - as I said to a friend recently, in book 7 he could be eating babies and shagging Voldemort and I will still love him XD)...^__^

So, pardon my slowness but: would this newsletter have its own LJ community?

The way I know to run newsletter (from my limited experience with Q_R) is :
- you have the community of the newsletter itself, the one that posts regurlarly
- You've got the Watching Journal, which has a lot of comms and personnal journals friended and which Editors use to find things to report
- And you have at last a private community for the editors where they can talk between themselves of various issues and organize themselves.

If you have suggestions of differnet ways to make it work, I'm all ears opened ^^
