I can't say I'm very surprised, although they apparently "Neo-Pagan" is a synonym for Pantheism and "Secular Humanism" to Agnosticism XD

As far as I understand pantheism, it doesn't imply the belief in concrete, personal gods, but the belief that god or the divine is everywhere in nature, in people etc.

So, imo, an agnostic pantheist would be someone who says, well, I don't know if there are any Gods or there is any divinity, but it feels like it, since faith comes down to personal experiences and perceptions. It's not entirely serious, more playing with two different concepts of belief. :)
