Was it awesome or was it awesome? GUH

Favourite moments :

- drill!teacher Zuko

- Melon Lord!

- Toph wanting to go on a fieldtrip with Zuko (and Zuko's blush)

- Toph thinking Jun is cool!

- (Jun being back heeh)

- Pakku!hug!

- Zuko and Iroh's reunion! So perfect!

- Azula's craziness, not trusting anyone and the Ursa in the mirror. Broke my heart.

- Sokka's general awesomeness.

- Toph's general awesomeness.

- Suki saving the day when all seemed lost.

- That Zuko and Azula's fight was so sad and the music so tragic ;_;

- Aang's stubborness and doing it his way.

- That's Zuko's cool part wasn't about fighting.

- Kyoshi!Ty Lee ♥ (although I'm still rooting for her to form a circus alongside Jin and have much lesbianlove)

- Mai ♥

- Suki being lame at nicknames

- ETA: also, also Zuko and Aang's epic BFF-ness!

- and tea serving and Jasmine dragon and all of it ♥

Tiny litte things I didn't like :

- That there were no cool old ladies in the White Lotus. Where was Aunt Wu and the crazy herbalist lady?

- Lack of Iroh's spirit trip closure.

- Lack of Azula and Ursa closure. But, on the other hand, I think I love it open ended as well. That way I can imagine Ursa hugging Zuko and telling him how proud she is of me, and Ursa hugging Azula and telling her it's not to late to learn to love.

So much love for this show!

I'm still somewhat incoherent. I loved these episodes so much and especially the resolution of the main conflict.

I can understand that many people would be disappointed that Iroh's travel to the Spirit World would not be explained, but I think, it was always only meant to be a part of character background.

I actually like the open end, regarding Ursa and Azula. Regarding Azula, they gave me the end I was hoping for since The Beach, and it was even more heart-wrenching than I expected.

I think Azula's really what made the ending for me.

I agree, I like it open ended as well.

Great ending to a great show. The only question I had was what happened to the Earth King and the bear? Are they still out there having random adventures? Surely that's a spin-off show waiting to happen? :-)

I would pay to see this :-)

I'll do my last review of the series ( :-( ) next week some time. Might have to rewatch the first few eps to refresh my memory, but I think S3 could be the best out of the bunch.

actually there's a few comics set between s2 and s3 which give you a little more of the Earth King and Bosco. Look for it on mininova.

It was perfect for me. Even the Ursa's open ending. You know, perfect.
I don't think I've ever been this exhilarated about an ending before. ut was... perfect.

Also, I think Iroh's spirit world trip was his vision of taking Ba Sing Se?
