That's Ursa from Avatar:the last airbdender. She's the mother of one of the main character, and only seen in flashbacks, but she's awesome. She reminds me of Narcissa in a way, but without the snobbishness ^^

Avatar is really a great cartoon, high recommended ^^

it's not really any wild theories, nor anything new. Just a mapping out of the various themes and the way they dialogue with each others. The curse of babel; non dualism, the mirror motif, the theme of otherness and personhood and communication, boundaries and in-betweenness... the eros/thanatos thing, too. You know the way it all ties itself together?
