So on the one hand, I think I slept all of one hour, but on the other hand, this is the most normal hour I woke up at in several weeks. Will I get to sleep on the afternoon? Will my circadian cycle get any weirder? Stay tuned to find out!

My sleep hours have the habit to turn weird too.
If I only go to bed when I'm tired and get up when I wake up well rested my sleep rhythm stabilizes itself between 4 and 14 o'clock (04 to 11 or 6 to 14 for example, only rarely all ten hours) after a few days.

My sleep rhythm doesn't stabilize, it just keeps slipping latter and latter. Annoying when there's little sunlight in a day and the day I wake up at makes me miss most of it.

Glad I'm not the only one whose sleep pattern turns weird :)

My sleep patterns went to hell whilst I was unemployed. Getting this job has snapped them back to normal, and even on my days off I'm managing to keep regular hours. I'm hoping they don't slip again if I end up unemployed once this job ends :-(

yeah I hadn't so much trouble while I was working either, except some times still. Never was very good at falling asleep/waking up easily.

... I think I haven't gone to sleep at earlier than 4 AM in months. Or years.
