Your result for Goddess Future Test...
Your Goddess is Artemis
43% Artemis, 14% Brigit, 0% Venus, 0% Tai_Yuan, 29% Laksmi, 14% Hekat and 0% Romi_Kumu!

Your prediction for the future is from Artemis, the Goddess of the Hunt.
Artemis shows that you need to concern yourself with keeping more stress free. Worry and concern will not make things go better for you. Instead you need to think about things realistically. Clear your head of worry and think simply of what you can do to obtain your goals. Your fear over debt and/or loss will not do you any good, but action will definitely help you.
You are capable of doing what it is that needs to be done. Anxiety is just wasting your time, but you will be successful if you let go of the strain and just breath and let your sensible side take over.
Take care of things one step at a time. Things are much easier to do and handle when you break them down into smaller pieces. Analyze your situation and go from there. By attending to the details you will find that your obstacles are much easier to overcome.
Suggestions:
Look beyond the material, beyond the superficialities of life, to the heart of things, to the realm of causes rather than effects.
Pay attention to your inner thoughts and perceptions, they are likely more accurate than you think.
Pay attention to simple things, clean out useless clutter and noise so that you can listen to your instincts.
Prediction:
Look for new perceptions and degrees of perceptions to grow and expand for as much as the next 5 years.

Date: 18 February 2009 04:12 am (UTC)Haha, well, when you put it that way!
Me, I probably can't see it (without assistance) because I like Loras and can't stand Achilles... But you're totally right about the young hotshot warrior and the grief-fueled murderous rage.
Achilles still strikes me as more of a Targ -- he's got that whole god-like thing going on, and he seems more serious about his glory. Like, for the ages, even taking into account the fact that The Iliad is an epic, while Loras's glory-hound level is about the level of a high school jock, you know?

Regarding the sorting thingy, I must say that I don't tend to be all srs bzns about it. Of course we can't cathegorize people into Houses, we don't even have clear classifications of the Houses, for most Houses have lots of very different people.
But it's a way to get a discussion going and of course a community too :)

Date: 18 February 2009 02:03 am (UTC)Lysippe was another Amazon Queen with a tragic story. But like almost all Amazon tales, her's was a story of strength instead of martyrdom. Lycippe had a son named Tanais who was completely devoted to war and scorned marriage. Though this was totally normal in Amazon society, Aphrodite was none too pleased and cursed him with falling in love with his own mother. Unable to deal with this, he threw himself into a river and drowned. Lycippe buried her pain in work. She built the Amazon capital city Themiscrya, consolidating the Amazon Nation and building lots of temples to Artemis (NOT Aphrodite). She established the policies that the Amazons are known for, and she was a very cool woman. She was a notable general, and the first to lead an attack force with cavalry.
