There's nothing technically wrong with it, but it strikes me as being a little too preaching to the choir. This kind of smarmy, sarcastic anger isn't going to convince anyone who is sitting on the fence, you know?
However, I suppose the more discussion out there about this, the better. And I don't mean this too negatively...I'm definitely the choir, and I definitely said "hell yes" throughout the video!
You may very well be right, but I guess it could sway some people who are on the fence? Or at least people who aren't entirely aware of it yet? Since it's in video, people who don't read essays may be reached by it, too.
Christ, I've been avoiding listening to "Nobody's Asian in the Movies" because I knew it was going to make me cry. And then this caught me off-guard. Now everyone in Starbucks thinks I'm a mess.
