Last Exile, I think I've considered watching it, with a "maybe"; but I might confusing with another show.
Crest of the Stars I'll definitly watch some day - but probably when I'm done with LoGH, so who knows when that is.

Well, I did notice you had Love Hina and some of the big shounen fight series, otherwise I wouldn't have mentioned it. The story on Negima is the same author as Love Hina, who's gotten a lot more polished skill wise btw, was sent to make a new harem series but wanted to do a shounen fight. So he took a harem-y start, and by volume three had turned the steering wheel into shounen fight, and in it's new hybrid form it becomes one of the best fight series out there.

It is still harem-y, especially in the first few volumes, but it has a lot more redeeming factors than most. Before long it becomes clear the female lead actually isn't romantically interested in the male lead (nor is much of the class). There's a canon yuri romance between two of the girls. The few real romantic possibilities aren't full of "will-they-won't-they" wishy washyness, stuff gets done. And the fanservice actually flows both ways, especially in later arcs.

I wouldn't exactly call it 'hijinks,' it's not really like many other series (hm, 'cept maybe the weirder bits of Slayers)... also, it's only two episodes long, so if you don't like it you haven't wasted a lot of time ^^

Stellvia I don't think I've heard much about-

SF series that takes place on a space station about a bunch of student pilots. Way back there was a supernova that wrecked much of the earth, but stuff was rebuilt, and now the station Stellvia as well as several others have been set up as part of the "Great Mission," to stop the inevitable slower-than-light debris wave which is on it's way. Focus is on training and character interaction (female lead, but mixed class). Interesting because it's good SF without war and fighting.

The second half is skippable though, it's a less-good rehash of the first half.

I've read just enough Love Hina manga volumes to know that I hate it. And I read it back when I was reading AN AWFUL LOT OF SHIT no matter how terrible it was; and before harem series were really as strongly A THING (what with the fact that Love Hina is the one that really started the formula to its industrial scale). So yeah, lots of things I can note as read/watched in that list that I wouldn't say I like ^^
These days I have epidermic reactions to most harem series. And I'm hardly crazy about big shounen fight series either.

it's only two episodes long, so if you don't like it you haven't wasted a lot of time ^^

Si tu veux tenter l'anime de Negima, évite la première série (vite barbante) et les OAV (trop fan service). La 2ème série (Shin Negima en VF) est bien plus vivante et déjantée même si elle constitue un canon totalement à part du manga.
