S.W.O.R.D.
Hectic mayhem. Very entertaining.
I admit I enjoy Gillen's take on Whedon's run's space op elements much more than I did on Whedon's run. Wonder if the shift is in myself or in Gillen's writing.

MODOK's 11
Meh. Okay-ish at best, though there's a couple of good moments.

Wolverine & Jubilee

That was surprisingly fun, actually. Also I loved the art, a lot. Though sometimes Immonem's writing still makes my brain goes crosswire, but, yeah, overall a good story.

I wanted to enjoy SWORD so much but I just could not deal with Beast looking like that. He looked like a kangaroo, and my brain could not cope. Also, I'm not generally a fan of superheros in space!

I enjoyed Wolverine and Jubilee more than expected given the way Jubilee was treated as little more than a prop in the arc where she became a vampire, after the first issue. (I need to read the other comics with her since then.) I thought the first couple issues were a bit too focused on her being a problem that they had to solve (and it was too much about Wolverine's difficulty dealing with her being a vampire and less about her dealing with what happened to her at first), but it really turned that around with the final issue, and I'm curious at the implications that she's "different" from other vampires somehow. (and what changed her, if so. Emma seems to think that if she's different from other vampires it's either because of the amulet or Wolverine's blood, but Dracula did decide not to kill her, and I dount he was really that interested in maintaining goodwill or whatever.)

Yeah, S.W.O.R.D. !
