sequentialcrack, a comics fandom rec community, is open for subscription for reccers for the month of February (it's a relaunch of the comm)

womenoncomics is a carnival for feminist meta on comics and has just got started with a first round of links.

month_of_meta is a comm for meta discussions during March which is starting to get launched.

That's all I can remember right now :)
