I've yet to finish the previous meme, but...

Give me a fandom (or a few) you know I know of and I'll tell you exactly what I think of:

1. The first character I first fell in love with

1. The first character I first fell in love with
Tsuwabuki. I had trouble finding a character to like at first, I found them interesting but not likeable. When Tsuwabuki arrived on screen like the little stalker he is, however, it was insta creepy-cute love!

2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now
Anthy's definitly my favourite! I think she's the real main character, and so fascinating. But it needs us to know her full story.

3. The character everyone else loves that I don't
I'm not overly fond of either Akio or Utena. They're both extremes of course, and because of that I find them a bit flatter than the others.
Akio's expecially is such a slut I can't take him seriously. Utena is too much the hero, I have a hard time with those ^^

4. The character I love that everyone else hates
Shiori I really like and she's often hated. I also like Saionji a great deal which some people hate. Likewise with Kozue.

5. The character I used to love but don't any longer
I'm not much into Tsuwabuki anymore ^^

6. The character I used to dislike but don't any longer
None I can think of.

7. The character I would shag anytime
Kozue. Akio like everyone just to see if he's worth the fuss.

8. The character I'd want to be like
Good rolemodels they are not... hmmm okay : Nanami and Saionji because they're the characters who grow the most through the course of the story. They actually learn from their failures/problems and move on. Sometimes Id like to have a bit more of that.

9. The character I'd slap
Anthy because everyone does it
Chuuchuu, hate the little beast.

10. A pairing that I love
Saionji/Touga, because they deserve each others ^^
I also like Akio/Anthy.

11. A pairing that I despise
Touga/Utena and Wakaba/Saionji, you know, ill adviced pairings.

1. The first character I first fell in love with-- cute lil' blue haired Miki.

2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now-- Utena herself. When I first started watching/reading I found her too special, too innocent, and too pure of heart. However by the end of the series I felt she gained a great deal of depth and really grew up. Also Nanami who I disliked early on for being nasty and shallow but who became progressively more Intriguing especially in regards to her relationship with her brother.

3. The character everyone else loves that I don't-- I not sure if anyone loves Chuuchuu but I don't. I found him very distracting.

4. The character I love that everyone else hates--I love the incestuous little sisters-- Nanami and Kozue.

5. The character I used to love but don't any longer-- It's only been a few months since I got into Utena so I haven't had a chance to really move away from anyone yet.

6. The character I used to dislike but don't any longer-- I didn't care for Wakaba at first then I realized that realistically Wakaba is the character most like me. Now I like her a whole lot better.

7. The character I would shag anytime--
Kozue. Juri. Saionji-- he's a bit of a jerk but I imagine he'd be very, very good.

8. The character I'd want to be like-- Anthy. She's a bit of a Christ figure and because Christianity was drummed into me from a very early age I still see that kind of sacrifice, submission and endurance of suffering as something to aspire to.

9. The character I'd slap-- I wouldn't mind slapping Touga, the condescending bastard.

10. A pairing that I love-- Again, many many pairing I like. Saionji/Touga, Akio/Anthy, Juri/Shiori, Utena/Anthy, Miki/Kozue, Anthy/Kozue, Utena/Wakaba, Ruka/Shiori, Juri/Shiori/Ruka, Akio/Touga, Touga/Nanami, Mikage/? (I really like Mikage but I haven't figured out a pairing for him yet).

11. A pairing that I despise-- The idea of Touga/Utena and Akio/Utena both make my skin crawl because of the level of manipulation involved (Anthy/Akio also makes my skin crawl of course but somehow that's different).

She is that, too. It's funny there's a Tori Amos song I associate with both Anthy and Karen :

It's all about Mary Magdelen so I think it fits the both of them surprinsingly well. And the whole theme of sacrificed girls.
You must be all over Subaru as well? All the Hanged Man characters (I also always love them, which is funny because i'm not Christian, but I still love the trope)

I really like Mikage but I haven't figured out a pairing for him yet
I don't know either, he's a hard one to pin...

Anthy/Akio also makes my skin crawl of course but somehow that's different

I know that song, I was obsessed with Boys for Pele for months after it first came out. It's perfect for Anthy and/or Karen. I also associate "Crucify" with Anthy because I saw an icon of her run through with all the swords that said "Everyday, crucify myself"... I am very taken with Subaru. I find I can identify with him quite a bit because there's an element of self-pity, of wallowing in grief to his suffering. Like me he can't get over things and move on.

I feel like I'm similar to Wakaba in that my desire to care for and adore others is both my best and worst trait.

I'm dying to write some sort of a Juri/Shiori, Ruka/Shiori, Juri/Shiori/Ruka story but I haven't figured out a premise yet.
